- 25 years of professional experience in the office services and outsourcing arenas. Systems and Services Manager for Merrill Lynch prior to her career in outsourcing. Joined Reliable in 1994 after 9 years as Director of Operations in Facilities Management for Pandick Technologies and Pitney Bowes Management Services
- Propelled Reliable into the outsourcing business, adding Reliable Management Services to our service offerings
- Maintains a consistent hands-on approach ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, account renewal and growth of the company from inception to its current position as one of the major resources for Facilities Management services in the mid-Atlantic region
John J. Hubbert, III, Esq. – Chief Technology Officer

- 25 years experience in the practice of law and law firm management
- Brings an insider perspective of the legal profession to electronic document management services, document scanning, optical character recognition, and indexing / coding
- Acts as resource to clients, consulting to help select the best technologies and processes to successfully manage projects
- Developed custom document search software to help clients expedite discovery and win cases
- Actively involved in software and CLE (Continuing Legal Education) training and works with clients on complex document management projects, including litigation support, management of key document sets, archiving and backfile conversion

- Responsible for creating new client, vendor and employee relationships to expand Reliable’s market reach
- Joined Reliable in May of 2004, providing leadership, operations and marketing expertise to drive business growth
and market expansion.
- Joined Pitney Bowes Management Services in 1989 as Operations Account Manager. Over 15 years held positions of increasing responsibility, becoming General Manager of the Philadelphia region in 1998
- As GM for 5 years held responsibility for 750 employees in 3 states, with site and production operations generating $40MM annually
