The Situation: A prestigious, well known law firm contracted with Reliable to manage electronic documents associated with a large case. We received 50GB of native files and Outlook™ e-mail files. The client was unaware of how much information was contained in the e-mail attachments. The volume was enormous – 50GB equates to 3.75 million pages of documentation. 

The Reliable Response: Reliable’s e-discovery professionals extracted the metadata from the files, identified all duplicates, printed to tiff, supplied processing logs, endorsed the images and delivered the files in a format for use in the client’s litigation support software (Summation™).

The Result: Reliable was able to provide searchable, electronic files with attachments that were correctly formatted and readable, a real challenge for companies with less experience or expertise in this complex field.
