The Situation: A large multi-national manufacturer needed to merge multiple document populations into a single database to prepare for trial on a problematic product. There were over 1 million paper and 2 million electronic pages of data..

The Reliable Response: Reliable scanned, OCRd, endorsed and captured document title to create the database. This prepped the documents to allow the client to do subjective coding.

The Result: Part of the project was accomplished on-site, some in our Philadelphia production facility, illustrating our labor and equipment flexibility to meet a specific client need, meeting the 10 weeks production deadline assigned to the project. 

Post Script: Reliable will continue to produce requested documents on CDs for relevant parties in the case. This will save time compared to paper production, and money for each requestor in shipping costs - CDs versus cases of paper.
