The Situation: Reliable was awarded a contract to manage the document production on one of the largest insurance insolvency cases ever tried in the United States. The project was long term, on-going over 36 months, and production was for on-demand selected documents, a different range for every request. 

The Reliable Response: As sole document production provider, Reliable imaged 2 million paper pages, and electronically processed (printed to tiff) 3 million pages. Reliable was also responsible for the objective coding of all 2 million paper pages and extracted metadata on the 3 million. All document production was completed after privilege and relevance coding was done by the client. 

The Result: All document production was done on CD, allowing orders to be processed with just a beginning and end document number, document range burned to CD, and mailed to the requestor the same day.

Post Script: With the guidance of the legal and technical experts on staff at Reliable, the client realized in excess of $1 million in savings over paper production, shipping and storage and same-day turnaround of requests.
