As demand for services continued in the early-to-mid 1990s, Reliable responded to customer needs by establishing production facilities in Wilmington, DE and East Norriton, PA to service the requirements of other professional service clients. To keep step with the evolving needs of its customers, Reliable leveraged its proven experience to launch new business units for outsourced management services and electronic discovery. The company also expanded its management with the addition of Jeff Palazzese and Janice Potts. Today, Reliable delivers single-source expertise in e-discovery, litigation support, managed services, legal document production, and trial support services to leading law firms, corporations, and other organizations throughout the U.S.
