Michael J. Trudgeon – Chief Executive Officer
Mike's nearly 24 years in the document reproduction/management industry started with the founding of Reliable as a copy service in 1987. By 1991 Reliable had been named one of "Delaware Valley's Fastest Growing Companies" by Philadelphia Business Journal, and Mike was nominated for "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Ernst & Young in 1997. He currently serves as a board member of The Philadelphia Police Athletic League and The Woodlynde School, and is a member of The Andrew Hamilton Circle. Mike cares deeply about giving back to the community, and is an annual supporter of the Support Center for Child Advocates, VIP, Homeless Advocacy Project, Philadelphia Bar Foundation, Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia, Ronald McDonald House, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, CADE, Senior Law Project and others. He is the recipient of the 2000 American Cancer Society Community Service Award. Jeffrey P. Palazzese, Esq. - President & General Counsel
Jeff is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars, and the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He joined Reliable in 1996 after working as a litigator in private practice. Prior to practicing law, he was National Director of Store Operations for Aldi, Inc., an international food chain. He currently serves as a board member for the Homeless Advocacy Project, Lower Merion Alumni Association, and Cornell Football Association, and is an active supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeastern PA, Support Center for Child Advocates and the MS Society. He was elected to the MS Society Leadership Class in 2001.
Janice Potts – Executive Vice President
Janice started her 27 years of professional experience in the office services and outsourcing arena as Systems and Services Manager for Merrill Lynch. After 9 years as Director of Operations in Facilities Management for Pandick Technologies and Pitney Bowes Management Services, she joined Reliable in 1994. She has maintained a consistent hands-on approach ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, account renewal and growth of the company from inception to its current position as one of the major resources for Facilities Management services in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
John J. Hubbert, III, Esq. – Chief Technology Officer
Jack has 28 years of experience in the practice of law and implementation of efficient document management techniques for lawyers and paralegals. As the head of Reliable's eDiscovery consulting group, he advises clients on unique litigation issues as well as global document workflow for law firms and corporate law departments. He advises clients on implementation and defensibility of litigation holds as well as techniques for collection, processing and review of potentially relevant electronic data. He has lectured at numerous CLE (Continuing Legal Education) programs on electronic discovery. He is also responsible for designing and implementing data review software training for Reliable clients.
