Our History

Reliable was founded in 1987 by current CEO Michael Trudgeon. During its early years, the company was focused on the growing need for document management services in the legal and professional service market. Reliable quickly established itself as the go-to provider for these offerings, carving out a niche as a customer service leader.

To keep step with the evolving needs of its customers, Reliable established production facilities in Wilmington, DE and East Norriton, PA, and leveraged its proven experience to launch new business units for outsourced management services, document imaging, court reporting and electronic data discovery. In March of 2021, Reliable acquired A&A Court Reporting. The combination of A&A’s court reporting expertise and over 20 years experience with Reliable's extensive, best in class capabilities and technology expanded the reach and capabilities of our organization, so that today, Reliable delivers single-source expertise in e-discovery, litigation support, managed services, legal document production, court reporting and trial support services to leading law firms, corporations, and other organizations throughout the U.S.

With an executive team and management staff that has been together for over 25 years, Reliable provides its clients with the peace of mind that comes from working with an experienced and stable partner.
